My Order
As soon as you have gone through the checkout process, you should see a confirmation message with your order number. This will also be emailed over to you.
Once your order has been processed by our warehouse team, we will send you another email to let you know it's been dispatched with your tracking informations.
If you need to change your order you need to email hello@thebshirt.co.uk as soon as possible.
Orders are packed at 3pm on the day you place your order, so any changes made after this will not be possible as the parcel will have already shipped.
Oh no! We're so sorry about this. Please do get in touch with our Customer Support Team on hello@thebshirt.co.uk with your order number and they will advise further. If the item is faulty, please do be ready to take some pictures of the item.
We are very sorry that your order is incomplete. It may be the case that the missing item(s) had sold out before we could ship your full order in which case you would have received an email from our customer service team explaining this. If in doubt please email us on hello@thebshirt.co.uk
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Returns and Exchanges
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we are more than happy to offer you a full refund on all goods returned to us in their original condition within 30 days delivery of the products.
Regrettably, we do not offer free returns. Consequently any delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. Please get in touch if this is the case.

It can currently take up to 10 days to process your return after your order arrives back with us.
If it has passed this time period, then please do reach out to our Customer Support Team who can help.
We are happy to exhange items for a different colour or size in the same style. Please send back the item you would like to exchange along with the Returns/Exchange form that was enclosed in your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We currently allow 30 days from delivery for returns and exchanges. Once your new item has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch order confirmation. You will NOT be charged for the delivery of your replacement.
We are more than happy to offer you a full refund on all goods returned to us in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery.
You are responsible for the postage cost to return your items.

Yes, of course you can return items purchased with promo or discount code, however refund is only on the amount paid for the purchase.
Deliveries
There is no customs or duties for European orders.
All other international orders will have customs and import duties if the orders are above certain threshold.
A signature from you or a neighbour may be required. If nobody's home, the delivery company will leave a card telling you where your parcel has been delivered to.

If you can't find an item then it's likely it has sold out. Hopefully you can find something else you love!
