COMPETITION - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter

Weheartfamily Ltd T/A The Bshirt, 148 Field End Road, Eastcote HA5 1RJ, Company Registration Number: 09977710

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over
  • Employees of The Bshirt, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter
  • Entrants must be the parent or legal guardian of the child featured in the entry

3. Competition Period

  • Opens: 4th November 2025 at 09:00 GMT
  • Closes: 17th November 2025 at 23:59 GMT
  • Entries received outside these times will not be accepted

4. How to Enter

  • Post a photo or video on your public Instagram account featuring you and your child
  • Tag @thebshirt in the post
  • Use the hashtag #TinyTwinningBshirt
  • Include a caption explaining what makes your bond special
  • Your Instagram account must be public for the duration of the competition
  • No purchase necessary

5. Entry Limits

  • Maximum of 3 entries per person
  • Multiple accounts or fake accounts will be disqualified

6. The Prize

  • One (1) Bshirt nursing item of winner's choice (up to £60 value)
  • One (1) bbaby organic outfit (up to £40 value)
  • Combined total value up to £100
  • Prizes are subject to availability. If chosen item is out of stock, an alternative of equal value will be offered
  • Prize must be claimed within 28 days of winner notification

7. Winner Selection

  • One (1) winner will be selected by The Bshirt team based on creativity, authenticity, and how well the entry captures the mother-child bond
  • Winner will be announced on 18th November 2025 via Instagram feed and stories
  • Winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 24 hours of announcement
  • Winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize

8. Prize Conditions

  • Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable
  • No cash alternative available
  • Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
  • Delivery to UK addresses only
  • Standard delivery times apply (3-5 working days)
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value

9. Content Rights

  • By entering, you grant The Bshirt perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish your entry across social media, website, and marketing materials
  • You confirm you own all rights to the content submitted
  • You confirm you have consent from any other individuals featured in your entry
  • The Promoter may edit entries for clarity or length
  • Entry content must not be offensive, defamatory, or infringe third-party rights

10. Image Rights & Child Safety

  • You confirm you are the parent/legal guardian of the child featured
  • You consent to the child's image being used if your entry is selected as winner or featured by The Bshirt
  • The Bshirt is committed to child safety and will not share full names or identifying information of children

11. Data Protection

  • Personal information provided will be used solely for competition administration
  • Winner's first name and location (city) may be shared publicly
  • We will not share your data with third parties
  • Data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy
  • By entering, you consent to your data being used for competition purposes

12. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility of all entrants
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that breach these T&Cs
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary
  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or made using bots/automated systems will be disqualified
  • The Promoter's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into

13. Limitation of Liability

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or damaged in transit
  • The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues preventing entry
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram
  • Instagram is released from all liability by each entrant

14. Instagram Release

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram
  • You understand that you are providing information to The Bshirt and not to Instagram

15. Notification of Winners

  • The winner will be announced on The Bshirt Instagram account on 18th November 2025
  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner

16. Unclaimed Prizes

  • If a prize remains unclaimed after 28 days, The Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant or use it in future promotions

17. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by English law
  • Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
