3. Always sign in before making a purchase to ensure you earn Bcoins. Purchases made as a guest will not earn Bcoins.

• Bcoins can be redeemed for discounts, free shipping, and gift cards.
• To redeem your Bcoins, log in to your account and visit the Orders Dashboard (accessible via the ‘Rewards’ button on the bottom left of the screen).
• Bcoins cannot be earned retroactively on past purchases.

Yes, Bcoins expire.

If you have been inactive/not purchased for the past 12 months (i.e. no earning or spending of Bcoins) then your Bcoins balance will be set back to zero.

No, Bcoins do not have a cash value and can not be exchanged to cash.

If you return an item, any Bcoins received for that item will be deducted from your points balance at the time of the return.

Rewards cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded for cash.

Bcoins cannot be combined with other discount vouchers or promotional offers.
